Disclosure Debut Album - Settle
British brothers and producers Guy and Howard Lawrence most commonly known as Disclosure have announced that they are finally ready to release a full-length album called "Settle".
“You & Me” featuring vocals from Eliza Doolittle is said to be the lead single of the album.
Disclosure, the U.K. electronic duo have compared their forthcoming debut album, 'Settle', to Daft Punk. The duo said that their first LP was unlike most dance music records due to its use of vocals. "[We compared] it to Daft Punk in the sense that it's a vocal album," said Howard. "There aren't many dance albums with full vocals. We don't really know why. You need the vocals to capture your tune and lift it now and again."'Settle' will be released on June 3rd and features the singles 'White Noise', featuring Aluna Francis of Alunageorge, 'You & Me' featuring Eliza Doolittle and the hit single 'Latch', a collaboration with Sam Smith.
Guy Lawrence says "It's basically a 50-50 mix of fully vocal tracks like 'White Noise' and 'Latch,' and then club tracks as well, which is kind of more back to our old days of samples and beats, because we don't want to stop doing that."
The 'Settle' tracklisting is as follows:
'Intro'
'When A Fire Starts To Burn'
'Latch' (feat. Sam Smith)
'F For You'
'White Noise' (feat. AlunaGeorge)
'Defeated No More' (feat. Ed Mac)
'Voices' (feat. Sasha Keable)
